If the CR wasnt done now, TNT would of been left with less cash in the banknfor new acquisitions and have to issues even more shares for thise new acquisitions

I am fine with this CR, it keeps the cash on hand so TNT can jump at any new targets that present themselves.

This dilution was going to happen either way, at least it is done early.
