I don't think anyone is sugar coating this. I said first thing this morning that I was disappointed.
They've decided to raise funds now rather than pay with debt and then pay that debt off with revenue later. I'm not sugar coating that, I'm not happy about it, but that wasn't all the CR was for and they obviously figured that while doing the CR they'd raise extra to avoid debt. It's not that big a deal.
We really don't have that big a disagreement; neither of us is pleased by this morning's news, it's just that one of us says they're disappointed and the other is throwing more of a tantrum. Something happened whixu wasn't perfect. It's not bad enough for me to hate the company or management, it's not bad enough for me to have a negative outlook, it's not bad enough for me to dislike management. It's really not that bad and if this is the worst they've done I'm very happy with them overall.
