    I agree with you on this point hubbo, the debt facility has been drawn down on and states it was used to fully fund the airloom purchase. $5M cash on completion and $1m if meets finqncial targets. if this cash payment was delayed till now fine...

    What has their debt facility been doing during the past 12 months? or are they using this CR to reduce the debt?
