Yip, this is where timing is crucial. They had to do a CR as they were running out of cash. Existing SHs are disillusioned (to say the least) with the company, and there is not much to attract new SHs either. IN fact, potential new SHs just need to read a couple of MCTs market announcements over the last two years (and/or HC posts!) to run for the hills.

The only way that can gather up interested during the CR period is to produce some exploration results. Without that, I am concerned that the CR will raise enough to drill a single hole.
