I agree as soon as they get cash flow positive and can make another good acquisition it will start going places.
On a side note - doing the deal at 10c with the SP at 4.4c. I am guessing it is one of three things. 1. Rivium have supreme confidence the SP will go up 2. TNT board is great at making deals 3. Rivium just want to sell and this is the best they could do
