No they aren't, they are sitting at 8-8.6c, at the new 8c base we're forming compared to a 6-7c base a month ago.
Day traders will always take their profit, and you talk like we're not about to drastically improve sovereign risk, which has always been priced into our market cap. "Pumped and dumped" is a pretty extreme and reductive take IMO. And I generally take a cynical outlook too.
