    Gharp is actually telling you to buy at 8.4c as it's a serious discount to what mutupa has stumped up and they aren't going to risk their cash on a flow test outcome as they probably even know a rough timing now of the ppsa signing and what JV are looking like. The fund admistrators then look like geniuses without really doing or riskinh anything
