Not much point investigating to only conclude that the prior BOD and Management were incompetent. We know that already and Melior in VA is just further evidence.

I feel for the new Board who found that there was no binding Contract for our bauxite transhipping and no viable deal negotiable with the Hey Point Operator. What point a haul road thru RIO ?

Then there's the sale of SCONI. Oops - they forgot to include a couple of third party Royalty Agreements in the deal. And our new Directors will currently likely be spending lots of time and shareholder funds on legals trying to navigate thru the mess instead of focussing on the future.

Mess'rs Turnbull, Slesarewich and Co. should be ashamed and embarassed at their performance and refund all Fees and Salaries voluntarily. And pigs will fly.
