I had a feeling this would happen and took the opportunity to load up at $2.50 a few weeks back. Sure, it can be disappointing as a retail or LT investor but the dilution would have been huge for such an oversubscription. I wouldn't be feeling this way if I was scaled back too, but have seen this play out enough times to know that the little premium paid at the time (comparative to CR) would pay off when everyone else was rushing in to fill their coffers at $2.40.

It won't be a linear road going forward so more buying opps will present themselves.
