8 Aug 23 - upgrade was from $3.00 to $5.15 an increase of 71.7% ( upside potential of 93% on share price on that day)
19 Sept 23 - downgrade from $5.15 to $4.90 a decrease of 5% ( upside potential of 88% on share price on that day)

So yes they had a slight downgrade on their target price (5%) but potential target price from here is still (88%) above yesterdays close.
So still pretty positive from Bell Potter
