Anyone else here think AZS may use the funds to buy more...

Anyone else here think AZS may use the funds to buy more tenements, or even other companies that explore close by ? Always wondered why they did the CR so early if they expect good TA 2/3 results since they had way enough cash to last them through those results... If that's the case they could have raised later at a better SP, does not make much sense to raise before.... First thought was they expect results that will disappoint the market, but I'm also thinking they may be rushing out to buy some of the promising lands in the area before they get too expensive.... Any thoughts ?
