    You are quite correct ….Refunds haven’t been given out from what i can see….However the 20k+ refund I will Eventually receive was spent first thing this morning. I bought up at $2.71 what I wasn’t given in the SPP……and with all the buying that was going on I assumed others were doing the same….My apologies for any confusion…
