    Potentially people could have sold 10,000 shares at $3, used the funds to get 3,300 shares at $2.40 from the SPP and then will use the returned $22k to buy back in at $2.70. Not sure that they've been "truly fingered as I predicted".

    I guess we don't know what we'll be trading at when the excess funds are returned.
