Thanks for the historical reference with the movements previously with CRs. Recently jumped in after having it on the watchlist for 6 months, and this was a bit of a surprise. I expected a pullback to where we finished today, and in the current macro conditions, it might head down to CR price. I like the fundamentals and the fundamentals of the takeover company look solid and a good addon for hopefully immediate earnings going forward. Certainly haven't changed my long-term outlook with KLS, and will accumulate/take up the offer (depending on other opportunities - as many seem to be opening up on this current pullback on the overall market.
