Since all those who are entitled to new shares are already holders, they could have sold long before now. They don't have to wait for the new shares to be issued to sell. They can sell existing shares before now. I suspect than those who intend to sell will have already done so. There must be an announcement of the strategy going forward very shortly. After all, the Cho group have invested a lot of time and money in this thing and will be anxious to get the show on the road now the corporate issues are bedded down. I suspect an announcement within a couple of weeks. That is the thing to watch.
