That leaves a shortfall of 7.31% of total shares available.
My guess is those that applied for shortfall shares,
(applied for 1.3 billion), but only 91,845,950 left,
aren't going to get many at all.
Some of those that took up the RI may not have applied
for SF shares, others may have applied for heaps extra (SF shares).
Perhaps 10/15 % of RI entitlement equivalent in S.F shares,
as a maximum, 7.31% as a minimum?
