spec - what you say makes perfect sense and I agree with your analysis. I'll be amazed if this was not heavily oversubscribed with some scale back. The only thing I wanted to point out though, investors won't know how many shares they are issued until Tuesday 7th March (I.e. we won't know how much interest there was in the SPP until then).
Management - how about reporting some more sales? Even the $1M kind are fine.
