ARV should not have given away 50% for 4m Novo shares.
But what's done is done.
I didn't really go through all Announcements, currently ARV cash position would be,
- cash as at 30 June 2017: $0.3m,
- CR: $1.5m less cost $0.2m
- CR: $3m less cost $0.4m
- CR: $12m less cost $0.7m
- cash from option conversion: $1.7m
Subtotal: cash: $17.2m
Less: budgeted cash outflow for September quarter: $1m
Estimated current cash: $16m
US$2m convertible notes were repaid by issuing shares.
ARV should not have given away 50% for 4m Novo shares. But...
