My thoughts for what they are worth:

Management are competent, however.....

Long Term and Medium Term Holders do very little if anything to get the share price up. Short Termers do it all, and in both directions. They are a class of holder that should NEVER be ignored and they come and go and come back if you feed them.

An honest story told with some colour isn't a bad thing.


Sipa is too Big Picture.

Example
Woodline had three promising holes to be followed up before Christmas. So what do they do? No they didn't deepen the most promising and then step out from it, instead they went for the whole programme.

Fine if you find something not so good if you now think the shoots are at different angles to what has been drilled and so MORE follow up is required.

Just as an aside. PCL, BRU and NSE (and there are others) as a few examples of actively moving stocks, are worth approx 3 times or more what they were worth when Sipa knew they were onto something.

They should have gone a bit harder with getting the drilling going. Time is money and the longer they take the more time a predator has to get set and nip a solid long term rise in the bud with a take-over. No one has a stake big enough to thwart that possibility.
