The SPP was established to raise A$30 million.
That applications totalling A$80.7 million were received shows that institutional and especially retail SH have much faith in the great management of Mr Robert Kelly, who founded SDF and is still going strong (although a successor will be appointed in due course).
As at 30 June 2023, SDF has 12,266 holders.
5,050 had between a single share and 1000. Based on this, about 7,216 holders will NOT have their applications subject to scaling back.
While not every holder will have applied under the SPP, the applications are an average of A$6,579 per holder.
