It is hard to understand why so many shareholders take a pass on an offer of free money. A full allocation (ie 5837 shares for $30k) has already increased in value by close to $4K and this was evident from the start. And a shareholder with a starting position of 1000 shares worth $5K could have netted the additional $4K. That is a pretty good return for no work and almost zero risk. And you could dump the shares almost immediately if you needed the cash.
And many are on the sidelines for some reason. Strange.
