    Simple Really...

    $3.5m was raised by an institutional raising (such was demand that it was oversubscribed)

    A further $2m is being offer to existing shareholders on the same terms ('entitlement issue')

    Usually companies that raise don't give existing shareholders the opportunity to participate on the same terms, but CR8 have looked after loyal shareholders & offered it to all.
