yes mate, but it doesn't say when and the deal was Apr 15 next year...so just wondered whether you had additional info...not saying it is impossible and perhaps if you read between the lines...but a bit speculative at this stage...
anyway, he needs to be paid back...it was always only a loan...nothing more...
