A poor tactic selling above $1.90 and looking to buyback on the SPP offer if they truly are. Your $30K allocation not guaranteed. You might sell $30K worth and get to buyback $2K pro rate or something if oversubscribed (likely given size).
Sorry, but did say on other post yesterday, this always happens with small caps and SPP's. They always linger around SPP price until done.
I am there under $1.90 if anyone's shares a burden....
