I am actually starting to think the time has come Beam needs to demand to RP more details of the JV are needed to be released by us - reality is the market needs to be informed and it is a 50/50 JV which has value and significant value at that, by ASX standards you need to inform the market of material changes don't you? I assume this extends to Aus sales and investments abroad, not alleging any wrong doing but the time has now come if it goes on much longer there could be some ASX questions asked? I think by June 2022 the JV could easily be worth $200 million on its own if sold off or spun out and listed.

I think the discussion should be had with RP that this Jan quarter Beam starts providing full numbers of subscribers, revenue, distributions paid etc to inform the market. I cannot see any reason to keep it secret anymore, previously it has been said RP want to fly under the radar but surely Garmin have noticed by now and if they cared would have cut their cost of the device, they haven't and Garmin can see the JV shipped units anyway and get a fair idea on what is happening and multiple it by the subscription fee etc. Plus they would be seeing if their own sales and new subscribers dropped what is happening, Garmin may be content at the higher price and leave us at a cheaper price and they are prob doing very well on their name and it is a massive market anyway so everyone wins.

Just hoping we are not opportunistically taken over prior to this.
