We don't know the record date of the SPP, but I'd suggest it should be prior to today. If they did happen to set it into the future, it will increase demand by retailers wanting to get on the register for a bite of the cherry.
At max subscription of $30k (that's 33.3 full subscriptions), it is likely to be heavily scaled back.
