Could be the worst run most incompetent small cap ever…. No details of who is taking the cap raise…. No details on who the “global strategic partners” are…. And raising money to restructure doesn’t fill with any confidence. Pavics should be taking zero salary and have EPS aligned bonuses, to be paid in shares. That might get them aligned to actually earning revenue and getting a return. This has to be a joke. No point selling now
