That would indicate then that’s is the business model that doesn’t stack up. If I’m a builder I’m not going to buy one am I? If I’m a builder am I going to hire for the builds? Is the cost saving that much if at all?
Obviously it’s not a slam dunk otherwise the JV would have gone ahead and that right there is the million dollar question. Why did the JV not proceed?
