I am probably holding a grudge for having patiently held for several years up to the previous raise before the ptx 200 results (which did not result in a sp spike anyway).

felt it a betrayal by management at the time. would feel more comfortable if SYC had more skin in the game that he had purchased with his own money.

but it is still effectively a tripling of the number of shares in eighteen months which is eye watering even by biotech standards...

and my concern would be that it is now a pattern (that steve is prepared to dilute the crap out of existing holders) so what's to stop him doing it over and over..

but perhaps I need to just build a bridge, and evaluate the company for what it is today...
