Keep in mind that the CDP is built as a permanent facility and will produce roughly $0.75M of electricity per annum at $0.25/kwhr for use by the sewage treatment plant/net feed in to the grid. If the graphite is worth $2K/tonne, then there's another $0.75M or so in graphite. You'd hope that they keep it running until a major renewal is required or a second gen larger more economic CDP is worth taking all the sewage digestor's methane.
