Disappointing that they have to do another raise, given last one was at .48 and more options. But I think capital is much harder to come by at the moment, so best to have a 2 year reserve while you can get the cash . My mortgage has doubled so finding the cash for this one is probably a step too far, and I would want a 30% plus return.
