this CR is in particularly for Viriathus Capital Pty Ltd - they promised $ 6 Mil underwritten, whereas they could take only 650 K worth as CR was nearly fully subscribed... This placement is to change the Cap Table as BOD knows that it will not be fully subscribed may be half only.. and it will go below .45 Cent so this is for Viriathus Capital Pty Ltd to accumulate and hold for long.
