I've got a bit of data on this sort of thing:
On a typical 5/6 story, 30,000 m2 office block you could expect to use 120 kw/m2, at an average price of $0.25/kwh. Therefore $30/m2.
30,000 x 30 = $900,000 cost per annum
So 10-20% saving would be $90,000-$180,000 per annum.
This is just for electricity.
