Yeah not really concerned given the low MC on this. I've seen companies with management holding heaps of skin in the game but the SP goes backwards for the last year or so (lots of examples of this in the speccy end of ASX). The key here is proximity to proved resources, tick and low MC in a hot sector, tick.

Management likely don't hold alot of direct shares as they prob sit across multiple companies and its a bit like drilling for gold, if something hits then they will trigger a heap of options.

Also, the speccy end of town is riskier so it really comes down to your level of risk appetite.
