I am not sure why you keep saying that, MRC has already raised over 50% of the $15mil they intended to raise, this is prior to the entitlement offer being dispatched to shareholders.
Thankfully we won't have MVC taking MRC to the take-over panel due to no underwriting from AU mining.
I am still bitter about this action as it only hurt retail shareholders and MVC didn't even take up one share in the offer,
What would you call this type of person who did this to a stock you owned?
