    can you shed any more light on the request for us who haven’t been approached by the company yet?

    was there another component or trade off to you agreeing to escrow? How long is the escrow for if you don’t mind me asking?

    Based on your interactions with Brendan and the Mongolians what are your thoughts on the need to raise funds as 100% owner again.
