Thanks JD I saw the June 24 date but was hoping to get a bit more of the inside line on the conditions, particularly any sweetners involved.
I appreciate the basic premise may be that we can’t have a stampede for the exit one in speccie are issued as it will crash the SP for everyone, however to be asked to escrow beyond a potential CR seems odd. I note your comments re low cash burn for a while. But I’m a glass half empty (maybe it’s just more realistic) person when in comes to small caps and raising. I don’t believe management will put their future on a binary outcome from the pilot so will raise regardless to ensure they can keep the lights on and pay themselves for at least another year or so should the farm in offer not come.
Are you in the escrow club? Would be great to understand a little more about the terms. I note from the announcement more detail to come post distribution but again I don’t expect it to tell us mere lemmings too much.
