That is a huge number of shares issued to TPG and Bedford, 101 million in total(I presume post consolidation figures), plus the 14.5 million new shares issued via the prospectus. Good to see some oversubscription.

A bit of peperwork to do for the ASX and we will all be able to watch and or join in the bidding.

At least Energio is in control of the operation and should be able to move forward from here.

We will hopefully soon hear some opinion from the company about the methods recommended for treating the ore to remove the impurities
