Will take brokers to change their view before share price changes.. morgan stanley/credit suisse and the likes are all anti IPL... and it has reflected in share price (with their downgraded target prices).. there is value in the coming years, but until the brokers change their views...well we are in a holding pattern.
my opinion only of course.
