Some comments;
- Have you got an example of another management team that has been able to advance a project at a rapid speed, in Tanzania, in the current time frame, as an example of a more 'successful' management team? I struggle to find one (happy to be guided in the right direction)
Also, the management team and structure has had a refresh.
New CEO & CFO EOY 2020

- New COO
- New technical lead
- new CF&D
I had previously steered away from investing in projects in the region due to the political difficulties in the area, BUT with the shift in sentiment from the Tanzanian government and the new management team, I have developed the confidence to invest.
I'm not expecting the project economics to change dramatically in the updated BFS, but I do agree the next exciting news following the finalisation of the framework agreement is the execution of positive offtake deals.
