@alan555 PEK have been helping look after her people through funding of the local school for over 10 years now. Just seems like it's a very slow 'fast tracking' of international
investments. Orecorp ( 2 months ahead of PEK ) are still reporting they are working on the framework still. I do hope at least that with this president the people stand a better chance of seeing the benefits from mining whenever / if ever it comes but that's yet to be tested . No I don't begrudge her trying to get jabs for her people ( better that praying for cure like the last guy) but would like to see more urgency in wealth creation . Having said that I have no idea how complex this framework is that's being created - risk is it's just a lawyers heaven .
