I think the primary reason is time.
The company languishes under a cloud of ten years of stale holders still waiting.
Obviously there remains a process of hoops and hurdles but at least those are now being cleared one at a time.
All the potential is yet unrealised in this beat up share price so a pretty good buying opportunity imo for those with a sprinkling of patience.
