Well the next 6 to 12 months will give us a good indication on whether this JV was worth it. As mentioned the Ellison Bros are not muppets and will do well but I believe that AE has a bit more catching up to do to CE. I think this opportunity is the chance for RDG to rise up. It will diversify in the small to medium JV projects with MRL and grow out of that. This wasn't a knee jerk decision (JV), so it would be interesting to see what the long term (what are they looking at) and overall business plan was to get MRL to accept this. Something to ponder.
