where do you think the funds have come from to pay out BMCG?

i dont think Stirer understands, if the funds have come from LJ mine, the only payments going to LJ have been from Gemcorp, if the company has been refunded from works they have been paid for while working on the funding deal, these funds still have come from Gemcorps facility and the company is now paying interest on these funds.

I dont think he understands, if WKT had already paid for the works, they could have reduced its debt down to US$19mil by not paying out BMCG, or if these are additional costs added to the loan, the debt will increase to US$21 mil.

i dont see long term how paying out BMCG has any benefits to WKT or its shareholders, in the short term you suffer a little less dilution, yet that is insignificant to the dilution you have already suffered.
