it is implied by the announcements that classic will now issue shares to l d a for 90% of 0.31c which they can sell on the market for 0.2c, giving them a loss of appoximately $150,000
just one more deal like that and they'll cancel out their 2024 deferred $300,000 "option premium fee ", not bl**dy likely.
that's why i say their shares would have to be already sold to non related parties for at least 0.31c. could they have some kind of agreements to forward sell shares they haven't been issued with?
