Ann: Completion of Call Notice with LDA Capital, page-4

Wow what a deal for LDA Capital. So CLZ get $452,990 and LDA get 140 million shares plus a Christmas present in December 2023 of $300,000 being the agreed fee.
Classic previously stated they expected to draw down $1.3 million from the LDA facility with this first call notice but have come up a bit short .
I wonder how long it will take CLZ to burn through this Capital raise.
