This is quite bizare now . There were only 250 million shares after the consolidation .They are isuing 140 million to LDA for a miniscule amount. So now there is 1.25 billion shares , ie 5 times the number after consolidation. And a market cap of 3 million . The amount of money that gets pumped into this is amazing .Got to give them credit for continually finding the next bunny to fleece.
