Hows the closing statement on page one?

"With strong grades and near-surface mineralisation Kat Gap is soon to attain full scale production."


Not only do they not give dates, how are they not making more noise about starting full scale production soon? Surely thats not only market sensitive, but could help recover some of the horrendous losses many have taken on here.

Sure seems odd to me not to make a statement announcing plans to start or whats going on. Does anyone know why they might do it this way for legitimate purposes?
