It is good to see that NET has been able to gather the capital together through this notes issue to pay out their existing debts and to provide sufficient capital to fund current growth expectations..

That is a vote of confidence in the company by those who took up the notes. No doubt before spending millions of dollars on the notes, those concerned would have researched the future performance of the company thoroughly and had sufficient confidence to proceed with their investment.
They presumably they were privy to information that may not yet be available to shareholders.

Nevertheless I have had enough of capital raisings and look forward to putting this issue behind us.
