Wow worse than we thought. $800k placement minus $48,000 to GBA Capital as Lead Manager. So SPQ come out a little over $750,000.
Won't get a fraction accomplished with that for what they've stated to use the funds for.
Only silver lining (if you could even call it that), is there's such little interest in this stock that there's not enough buy volume for the participants of the placement to immediately dump their holdings for a quick flip.
The options strike price is another kick in the teeth. The price only has to gain 50% before almost being in the money... I guess that was the draw card else nobody would have participated in the placement.
